- Return the wok to the heat and add the stock, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt and bring to a simmer. Squeeze the juice of the ginger only into the sauce. Add the cornflour and stir until the sauce is thickened. Pour the sauce over the prawns and broccoli and serve.
Add the broccoli, then the Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken stock and salt. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Toss in the onion and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften. Remove shrimp mixture from the pan.
