- I just clean it, taken out the guts and intestines, then i just peeled the shells leaving the ends and head sticking on to it. Mega Big ones i saw in the wet market so tempted me in cooking it hahaha
- What i did coz this is easy, pat prawns dry then add little salt together with abit of cornstarch. Heat up the pan high mid heat, little oil and fine chopped garlic when starts to bubble add in prawns one side for 1 min coz its very big ones, flip it to the other side then sprinkle black pepper on top and add the butter. Heat for another minute and wait then flip it over again and sprinkle black pepper again. So when you see colour changed orange plate it and garnish with chives. Done!

Repeat with remaining prawns (you shouldn't need more butter), then remove. Scrape out excess remaining garlic from pan and add to cooked prawns. Marinate the prawns with the salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano and mix well.
