- Finish all with roughly chopped coriander. I drizzled my dish with chilli oil
Transfer the pesto to a large, shallow serving bowl. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan. Pour in the eggs, stirring all the time to scrape the cooked egg from the bottom of the pan.
