- In hot oil, fry the Luqaimat in two stages, grab by hand an amount of semi-liquid dough and with the tip of the spoon take small pieces directly on the hot oil, until it becomes white and then put it on paper towels, and repeat the previous step until the amount of dough ends.
- Second Stage Fry the white balls and stir constantly until they become a dark golden color and have a crispy crust.
- Bring the Luqaimat out of the oil onto the paper towels again to cool down a little before dipping them in the sugar syrup.
- Dip the Luqaimat in the sugar syrup for five minutes, then serve it on a serving plate and garnish with pistachios.
