- Heat oven to 180 C

- Melt the butter, sugar and syrup together in a saucepan until lightly bubbling. Turn off the heat.
- Stir in the muesli.
- Tip into the lined tin.
- Bake for 15 mins.
- Cool in the tin.
- Lift out and cut once cooled.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the desiccated coconut, raisins, sunflower seeds and oats until everything has well combined. Melt the butter in a large pan along with the sugar and the syrup. The molasses in this recipe gives not only a good dose of iron, but a great smoky flavour too.
