In a saucepan, melt together the butter and golden syrup. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

- Place about 100g of the granola and 100g of the oats in a food processor and pulse until roughly ground, but be careful not to overmix making sure the oats keep their texture, not into fine powder.

- Add your raisins and stir.
- Add 3tbsp water and mix well,
- Add your ungrounded oats and granola and stir well.
- Add the grounded oats and granola, and mix well. You should get moist gooey mixture like a coarse dough.
- Lightly grease a baking tin with butter and spoon in all the mixture.
- Using the back of a spoon press into the corners so the mixture is fla.
- Place in the oven and bake on 180 until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- Chill the fridge for about 30mins then portion
In a saucepan, melt together the butter and golden syrup. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Transfer the fruity flapjack mixture to the lined tin and press down. Heat gently until melted, then remove from the heat and stir in the oats and salt. Put the oats, butter, sugar and golden syrup in a food processor and pulse until mixed - be careful not to overmix or the oats may lose their texture.
