  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line your baking tray with parchment paper

  3. In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients together and stir together well.
  4. Pour the butter mixture on to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour mixture into the baking tray (you can also sprinkle some extra almond flakes on the top) bake for 25min. Remove for the oven and cut into small pieces and leave to cool.

Add wet to dry and combine well. Warm a fry pan over medium and brush lightly with oil. Use your favourite Canadian maple syrup for the best result in flavour. Melt the sugar, butter and maple syrup in a saucepan over a low heat. Once the sugar is dissolved, turn off the heat and add in the other ingredients and stir well.
