- Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
- Take 1/2 cup semolina
- Prepare 1/2 cup curd
- Get 1/2 cup grated corn

- Take 6 green chillies, chopped
- Make ready 4 tbsp coriander leaves
- Prepare as per taste Salt

Remove the idli plates, dip a spoon in water. Using the spoon remove the idlis. Add water little by little and make a smooth batter. It should have dripping consistency and not be very thick.
Steps to make Corn paneer idli:
- Roast semolina in melted ghee for a few minutes.
- Add grated corn, grated paneer, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and curd. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Per heat the idli steamer and set the water for steaming.
- Apply Oil on the idli plates.
- In the mixture add eno and mix well.
- Add spoon of the mixture into the plates.
- Steam and cook the idlis for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool down for a while and then unmould the idlis from the plates.
- Just before serving, heat oil, add mustard seeds.
- When they stop spluttering, add on the top of the idlis.
- Take out in severing plate and sprikle coriander leaves.
Add water little by little and make a smooth batter. It should have dripping consistency and not be very thick. Heat oil in a pan, crackle in mustard seeds and urad dal. Pour this into the batter and mix well. Add in eno salt and mix well.
