Steps to make I love cooking:
- Soak rice for about 1/2 hr
- Take a frying pan put some ghee to it
- Fry cauliflower and green peas until it get golden brown.Once the colour changes turn it to a clean bowl
- Now take a pressure cooker
- Add some oil to it then add one bay leaf,some cumin seeds, one clove,cardamom to it.
- Add ginger garlic paste and make it brown.
- Then add finely chopped vegetables to it(onion,capsicum, cabbage, carrot and beans)fry until the vegetables are nicely cooked. Then add soya chunks to it.
- Add all the spices (jeera powder,corrainder powder,Black pepper, red chilli)to the vegetables to give it a nice flavor and texture
- Add salt according to your taste
- Mix it well for about 3minutes then add a pinch of Biryani masala to it.
- Once the vegetables are cooked add the basmati rice to it and one glass of water to it.
- Mix it properly and lastly add a spoon of saffron milk over it.
- Cover it with the lid.
- Wait for 2-3whistles then opem the lid
- Serve it hot.
